Murdock Career Services, in conjunction with Best Western Cottontree Inn in North Salt Lake and Einstein's Bagels in Bountiful, will host a free career workshop from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at the inn, 1030 N. 400 East.
"Finding a Job in Tough Times" will include the teaching of skills to help attendees make the difference between just getting "a job" and getting "the right job"; create a powerful résumé make the right connections; have interviews that get job offers; and tap into the hidden job market.
