Salt Lake-based Bear River Mutual recently completed a 30,000-square-foot addition.
The construction provides the company with a separate entrance and lobby at 802 E. Winchester. It connects with the original 15,000-square-foot building at 778 E. Winchester and includes two floors of office space and 41 underground covered parking stalls.
About 11,000 square feet of the addition is used by Kinross Gold USA. Portions of unfinished and finished office space remain available for lease.
The project architect was Ken Nichols of Allred Soffe Wilkinson and Nichols Inc. The contractor was Project Management Inc.
