Mrs. Marilyn M. Law, 80, passed away at Natchez Community Hospital in Natchez, Mississippi on Thursday, January 17, 2002.
Marilyn was born August 10, 1921 in Idaho Falls, ID to Frank Athol; and Nabbie Young Clawson McMaster. She was the great-granddaughter of Brigham Young.
Marilyn was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, The Natchez Garden Club, and Pi Beta Phi Sorority at the University of Utah. She also served as a Pink Lady Volunteer at the Natchez
Regional Medical Center and taught Fascinating Womanhood.
Marilyn is survived by her sons David Y. Law (Houston, TX) and Spencer Law (Memphis, TN); brothers A.C. McMaster, Sr. (Downey, CA); nieces, Kathie Bessey Arcide (Seattle, WA); Barbara Jean Bessey Harper (Seattle, WA); Eilleen Bessey Kinimura (Honolulu, HA); Shan Holst (San Juan Capistrano, CA); and Lori Salisbury (Glendora, CA); and nephew Alexander C. McMaster, Jr. (San Dimas, CA). She was preceded in death by her husband Marc A. Law, Jr.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 24, 2002, 10 a.m., at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
