Baby Jane Doe is shown in good condition Tuesday in neonatal intensive care at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Ga. A garbage truck driver found the abandoned newborn girl, umbilical cord still attached and wrapped in a bedspread, in a trash bin behind a car dealership at 3:30 a.m., Monday. She appeared to be just hours old.
