U.S. OLYMPIANS NAMED: Three-time Olympian Todd Lodwick of Steamboat Springs, Colo., and Bill Demong of Vermontville, N.Y., will try to parlay World Cup victories this season into medals at the Salt Lake Games for the U.S. Nordic combined ski team.
Also named to the team Tuesday were the Steamboat Springs pair of Johnny Spillane and Kristoffer Erichsen, as well as Matt Dayton of Breckenridge, Colo.; Jed Hinkley of Andover, N.H.; and Carl Van Loan of Webster, N.H.

14 NAMED TO U.S. TEAM: Eric Bergoust, who clinched his second straight World Cup aerials title this past weekend, and moguls gold medalist Jonny Moseley will get to defend their Olympic titles next month.
