MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Whatever coach Sidney Lowe said to motivate the Memphis Grizzlies apparently worked.

Stromile Swift scored six of his 22 points in overtime as the Grizzlies beat the Los Angeles Clippers 119-115 Monday night and snapped a seven-game losing streak.

The win came two days after the Grizzlies' disappointing 95-92 loss to the Bulls, the NBA's worst team.

"I don't want to go into what goes on in our locker room, but I was disappointed and they were disappointed," Lowe said. "And I think they knew how much I hurt because of that ballgame."

Pau Gasol added 23 points and 10 rebounds, his 17th double-double.
