The Downtown Alliance of Salt Lake City will operate a Hospitality House during the Olympic Winter Games in the recently renovated Lollin Building at 238 S. Main, just west of the Gallivan Center.

The Hospitality House will be open to the public during the day, targeting people who want to gain information about downtown economic development opportunities, according to Alison Sheffield of the Downtown Alliance.

The alliance also has given about 3,000 downtown businesspeople access passes to six hospitality open houses, which will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 14-16 and Feb. 21-23. The open houses will include refreshments, Olympics television coverage and art exhibits.
