Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani is joining the lucrative speaking circuit and will command up to $100,000 per engagement by some estimates.
Giuliani is represented by the Washington Speakers Bureau, whose clients include Al Gore, Jimmy Carter and Bob and Elizabeth Dole.
In a profile of Giuliani on its Web site, the bureau says he "made New York into the great city it once was with his ideas, management and goal-driven style."
Giuliani left for a Florida vacation with his girlfriend, Judith Nathan. He spoke Thursday before General Electric executives at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, according to Gary Sheffer, a spokesman for GE. Sheffer would not say what Giuliani was being paid.
