DRAPER — Randall & Blake Inc. of Draper on Tuesday changed its name to American Civil Constructors Inc.
The company's lime-green and white trucks will be replaced with trucks bearing American Civil's blue and gray logo.
RBI and San Francisco-based West Coast Bridge merged to create American Civil Constructors in 1999. The company now has more than 1,300 employees and 500 trucks on the road.
"It became apparent to us that relating all of our services back to one brand was overwhelming," said Rick Randall, RBI president and founder.
For 27 years, RBI has performed landscape construction, wetland mitigation and erosion control, heavy/highway construction, site development, golf course construction and sport facility design/build for clients throughout the Western United States.
