Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and cousin, Pattie Charleen Bird Rolph, 38, passed into the loving arms of God on Jan. 3, 2002.
Born Feb. 20, 1963 in Kearns to Pat R. and Bar-bara Charleen Bird. Pattie grad-uated from Kearns High School in 1981 where she was a member of the drill team. She married John Jay Rolph, Sept 15, 1984. She worked for twelve years as a 911 dispatcher for the Davis County Sheriff's Office. Pattie loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and scrapbooking. She never missed a deer hunting trip.
Pattie is survived by her husband and soul mate; daughter, (Bug) Morgen Michelle Rolph; son, Braden Patrick Rolph, all of Taylorsville, UT; parents, West Valley City; sister, Joanne B. Church, S. Jordan; and brothers Rulon L Bird, SLC, Mike J. Bird (Tami), Tooele, Dan C. (Deanna) Bird, West Valley City; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
My best friend and love, you are the love of my life and the life of my love. It began with the saying one love-one rose. Till we meet again, I love you so much. The light of our lives has so unexpectedly and suddenly been extinguished. We will miss you.
Services will be Wed. 1 p.m., Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State St. where friends may call Tues. 6-8 p.m. and Wed. 11 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park, 4100 S. 4400 W.
