WEST VALLEY CITY — A carjacking here early Saturday ended with the driver's car being set on fire.

A man was at a stoplight at 3100 S. Bangerter about 3:15 a.m. when another man with a gun approached him and told him to get out of the car, said West Valley Police Lt. Charles Illsley.

About 10 minutes later, while police were interviewing the victim, investigators received a call of a car fire just a few blocks away. The car on fire was the same one that was stolen, Illsley said.

Police were still looking for suspects Saturday.
