The most serious reported trouble for the ticket giveaway was at the Hallmark store inside the Provo mall.

A crowd of about 500 people were waiting to get inside, Saturday morning, and when the doors opened at 6:00 a.m., the mad rush to be first in line injured two people. They had to be treated by paramedics.

The crowd also broke the hinges off the mall's doors. Police were called to restore order.

Crowds started lining up Friday night, and we had similar reports of lines that got out of hand during the night and early morning hours. While many people went home empty handed and disappointed, a few lucky people received free tickets to the Medals Plaza.
