Margaret Ann "Mugszy" Lindsay Ferguson, age 47, returned home to her Father in Heaven, her earthly father, Rex, and her sons, Bradley and Jared on Sunday evening, March 3, 2002. She was the light of our lives. There are many in this world who were touched by her spirit and will miss her greatly.

Margaret was born November 16, 1954 in Salt Lake City, Utah the daughter of Rex and Roberta Lindsay. She grew up in Bountiful and graduated from Bountiful High School in 1972. She finished a Math Education Degree from BYU in 1976. She taught math for 23 years, including 19 years at Mueller Park Jr. High. She married Brent "Red" Earl Ferguson in the Salt Lake Temple on June 23, 1976. Brent was so excited to spend eternity with her he asked her to marry him on Friday the 13th of February, he couldn't wait until Valentine's Day.

Margaret loved unconditionally and therefore touched the lives of all her family and many friends and neighbors. She loved to sluff work to golf with her sister, and sometimes her husband and sons. To the very last week, she dreamed of past and future motorcycle rides behind her husband "Red". Some of her happiest times in recent months, were the times she played with her grandkids. She loved to vacation and water ski, even with a central line still in place. She was ready to go on one of Dad's adventures within a moments notice. We only had to worry about having fun because she worried about everything else. We have trouble remembering time when she thought about herself and her needs. Before one of her surgeries, she mentioned to us, that she was sorry we had to go through it all, she made no mention of her difficulties and upcoming recovery. We love you mom, grandma, sister and sweetheart. We look forward to the day we shall meet again.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Brent; her grandchildren, Emma and Garrett; her children, Jeff and Ann, Melanie and Brad; and Laura; her sister, Rosemary and children John and Zach. Her mother Roberta; her brothers, Gary, Jim, Robert and their spouses. Also survived by Brent's parents, Adrian and Beverly, their eight other children and spouses and 63 nieces and nephews who all loved her. Preceded in death by her father, Rex; her sons, Bradley and Jared.
