LOS ALTOS HILLS, Calif. (AP) — Fire gutted a church early Sunday, forcing churchgoers to move services while officials investigated whether arson was to blame.
It took firefighters more than two hours to contain the fire at the Antiochian Orthodox Church of the Redeemer, which has a largely Middle Eastern congregation. No one was inside the building, and no injuries were reported.

The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were brought in to investigate the cause of the blaze, which is standard procedure for all church fires, said Santa Clara County Fire Department spokesman Steve Gubber.
