Margaret R. Parry, born January 12, 1919 in Wenatchee, WA to Irma Barnes and Bert Rice, passed away peacefully in her sleep May 25, 2002 in Orem, UT after a long illness.

In 1938 she married Bruce A. Lawyer (1913-2000) and shortly thereafter they moved to the Alaskan frontier, where the first of their three sons was born. They later divorced. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1954, in Anchorage, AK and was an active Latter-day Saint the remainder of her days. In 1961 she married Frank D. Parry (1908-1979) in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Together they served a mission to the London Temple.
