The Pan American Motorsports Inc. board of directors on Tuesday voted to change the company name to Queench Inc. and move its headquarters from Salt Lake City to New York.
The board also voted to focus resources and energy of the company to the bottled water segment of the beverage industry.
Queench Inc. in late May bought controlling interest in Pan American, which was the owner/operator of the American IndyCar Series.
