Bush's government is resolved to wage war on North Korea. But, before war, the government must persuade North Korea more voluntarily.
Missile trade is the most important way to North Korea's dollars. Because North Korea is an underdeveloped country, it continues military tension between North and South Korea to maintain the communist system. But, by the sunshine politic of South Korea, tension was relieved. After the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, however, the government confined missile trade of North Korea because North Korea sold missile technology to Middle East countries.
I think that it is a strong man's oppression if he takes a weak man seriously because of a weak man's past.
