Salt Lake City is looking for participants to fill its inaugural Illumination Parade that kicks off the city's Main Event Winter Festival, marking the one-year anniversary of the 2002 Winter Games.

The parade will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 with the Main Event spanning two days, Feb. 7-8.

Artists, clubs, groups, performers, churches, schools, businesses, families and individuals are invited to participate in the parade by designing a float, decorating a car, truck, bus, boat, golf cart, bike, scooter, skateboard, lawn mower or even their bodies.
