By Sunday evening, a storm began that was expected to deposit 4 to 10 inches of snow in the Salt Lake Valley. The weather should clear by Monday afternoon, says National Weather Service forecaster Chris Gibson. But Monday will be cold. "It'll be down to zero in places like Logan, and 15 to 20 elsewhere along the Wasatch Front."
