Marjorie Viola Kisling Dinger, age 85, passed away Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at Davis North Hospital.
She was born Sept. 15, 1918, in Castana, Iowa, the daughter of Richard Kisling and Marivene Graybill.
She married Owen Dinger, June 30, 1943, and they were later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, with simple faith and was a good example to her family.
She was active in her church,
holding various callings including counselor in Relief Society and Primary, a Teacher, Junior Sunday School Coordinator, Young Women Secretary, and Genealogy Instructor.
She is survived by her son, Steven Charles Dinger (Alene), West Jordon; daughter, Marilyn Louise Dinger, Kaysville; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brother Fred Ivan Kisling, Castana, Iowa; sisters, Phyllis Dolbrovolny, Castana, Iowa and Elva Weyant, California.
Preceded in death by her husband, Owen Dinger; three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 18, 2003, at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville 13th Ward, 875 E. 200 N, Kaysville, Utah. Friends and family may call Wednesday, at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment in the Kaysville City Cemetery.
