1947 ~ 2003
SOUTH JORDAN<! > Our loving and devoted wife, mother, Daughter and grandmother, Mary Malinda Cunningham Harding, 56, died Dec. 14, 2003.
Mary was born June 12, 1947 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Eldon Rulon and Shirley JoAnn Schmidt Cunningham. Married Stanley Gerold Harding Oct. 30, 1965 in Las Vegas, Nv. Marriage later sol. in the Manti LDS Temple on July 19, 1968.
She was an active member of the LDS church and she served faithfully in every calling she was given. Her life was dedicated to serving others, spending time with her family and especially her sweet grandchildren, making beautiful cross-stitched creations for her loved ones, and enriching her life with good books.
Although Mary had not been well for many years, it was not until the last few months of her life that her family could see that it wouldn't be long before she would be reunited with her Father in Heaven. She spoke often of how much she looked forward to seeing her father, grandmother, and even her cats once again. Most of her life was spent telling her loved ones how much she loved them and how important the Savior was to her. Her greatest wish was to express her testimony of the gospel to everyone she met. For those who knew her, it was very apparent that she loved the Savior with all her heart.
Her family is grateful for how she enriched their lives. And although she will be missed, her family will always remember what a Heavenly Angel she is. Mary has finished her course and won her race.
Survived by husband; son Shane (Susan) Harding of Draper and three grandchildren Alexander, Arianna and Jessica; mother Shirley Cunningham of , brother Creed Carl (Linda Sue) Cunningham of Indiana and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father.
In lieu of flowers family suggest contributions be made to Primary Children's Hospital or the LDS Missionary Fund.
