If it becomes law, SB67 calls for a review committee to consider:

Studying the deregulation of acupuncturists, naturopathic physicians and recreational therapists.

Changing the licensing requirements and eliminating the licensing board for dietitians, environmental health scientists, occupational therapists, radiology technologists and radiology practical technicians, respiratory therapists and speech pathologists/audiologists.

Combining the licensing entities over certified nurse midwives and nurses; physicians and surgeons, physician assistants and osteopathic physicians; all mental health professions, including psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors and substance abuse counselors; architects and landscape architects; physical therapists and occupational therapists; and funeral service providers and preneed funeral providers. The same would be applied to hearing instrument specialists and speech pathologists/audiologists if the licensing board for speech pathologists/audiologists is not eliminated.

Transferring the responsibility of regulating certain professions from the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to other entities. Those professions include professional employer organizations, certified shorthand reporters, health facility administrators and private probation providers.
