Obituary: Beverly Jeanne Miller

Aunt Dallie

Beverly Jeanne Bolin Miller, born January 17, 1929, married Merlin Elias Miller February 11, 1949 in the Salt Lake Temple. Our dear Beverly left us February 26, 2003.

Before retiring, Beverly worked for Mountain Fuel for 37 years. She was the Executive Secretary to the President of the Pipeline Division. During this time, Beverly contributed hundreds of volunteer hours raising funds for countless charity causes.

Beverly never hesitated to share her personality and many talents in service of others. Her sense of humor, artistic talent, warm inviting smile, and genuine love for others blessed the lives of family members, associates, neighbors, and friends. Truly, she left her signature on those who loved her. In her younger years, she held callings within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Young Women's, Primary, and Sunday School. Beverly graduated from West High School, and attended LDS Business College, Steven Henagers College, and University of Utah.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Irvin Duwayne Bolin, a brother Robert Gerald Bolin and parents Irvin Rich Bolin and Harriet Lucille Britton. She is survived by her husband Merlin Miller, sisters Merelda White, Jerry Holland and Ed, Shirley Thompson and Carl, Linda Ault and Russ, and by her brothers, James R. Bolin and Ann, and Melvin J. Bolin and Linda, as well as many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to express gratitude to those who helped Beverly during her long struggle with Alzheimer's, especially the Harmony Hospice who made her final weeks so comfortable.
