For better or worse, the third act of the Persian Gulf War is upon us. I hope the Iraqis do not get lost in the smoke screens.
It is a conflict between the armies of the "Coalition of the Faithful" and the "Armies of Hussein." They both talk about "the needs" of the Iraqis. What they get is something we will need to monitor carefully.
The Bush administration has made a major mistake in insisting that the issue is Saddam's weapons. The administration should have been honest with us. The real problem is Saddam himself.
