PROVO — BYU will conclude spring drills with its annual Blue-White scrimmage today at 11 a.m. at LaVell Edwards Stadium.
Coach Gary Crowton has divided the players and members of the coaching staff into two squads for the exhibition contest. Co-offensive coordinators Robbie Bosco and Todd Bradford will call the plays for the respective teams.
The last two years, the spring game has consisted of the first-team offense going up against the second-team defense and the second-team offense against the first-team defense.
"This way it will be more like a real game," Crowton said. "We want some of these younger guys to feel the game atmosphere, the excitement, the intensity, everything. We're hoping a lot of fans turn out. It should be a lot of fun."
General admission tickets are $3 for adults and $2 for children. A football clinic for children will be held before the game beginning at 10 a.m.
