Johnston article hit home

As I read Jerry Johnston's Saturday morning article "Miracle rescue sought by all," I soon was caught up in reliving the scriptural stories mentioned, with one difference: Each story had a "she" in it, and as I read, I found myself in each story. I was the person in the whale's belly, I was Job, I was the woman who'd lost the silver, and I was the one sitting on the "Lost and Found" shelf. My mind was suddenly flooded with memories of my own life and things that I'd done, but when I reached the end and heard the father ask, "Is it really you," it brought a flood of tears. Thanks for such a thoughtful and meaningful article.
