Dr. A. - "Gone Fishin'"
Dr. Guy Michael Alexander "Returned with Honor" into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on March 4, 2003.
He was born March 30, 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio to Guy and Mary Alexander. He served an LDS mission to Santiago, Chile. Missionary work is one of his greatest joys. On December 29, 1972 he married the love of his life, Vicki Lynn Berrett, for all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. Shortly after their marriage, they moved to Chicago, Illinois where Michael attended dental school. Dentistry is a passion of his. He loved his profession as a dentist and loved interacting with his staff and patients and in return they loved interacting with him. He is known for his "painless" shots and his wonderful sense of humor.
Michael was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, residing in the Meadows Ward in the Murray Utah South Stake. He has held various positions in the church. His most recent calling was Stake Family History Consultant. He loved doing family history and researching out his relatives.
He loved boating and wave running with his family; fishing and just spending time together as a family. He loved being a grandpa and his grandchildren love and adore him. His strong testimony of the gospel and wise advice will be engraved on our hearts forever. He is loved very much and will be greatly missed by his wife, Vicki; their five children, Brian (Kristi, their three children, Brooke, Jordan and Austin), Kimberly (Chad and their three children, Whitney, Hannah, and Hunter), Kevin (Kim and baby), Kristin and Sean; his parents Guy and Mary; mother-in-law Louise Berrett and sister Karen (Paul) and many other family members and dear friends.
