PROVO — Two BYU students will run down State Street in Orem on their way to Washington, D.C. Billy Jackson and Tyler Dewaal are running across the country to raise money for Relief Alliance, a non-profit charity group the men created their freshman year. Their "Trans-America Run for Dignity and Human Rights" began April 26 in San Francisco and will conclude Aug. 9 at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
OREM — The SCERA Shell will open its concert season with vocal group Galaxy and comedian/impersonator Jason Hewlett at 8 p.m.
Galaxy features the talents of Bobby Engemann, Tammy Bacon Johnson, Stacy Johnson and Lon Benjamin Keith. Hewlett has entertained with the Legends in Concert in Las Vegas.
Tickets are $12 general admission and $16-18 for reserved areas. Call weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 225-2569. Tickets will also be available at the SCERA box office, 745 S. State, or at the door.

PROVO — "The Wind in The Willows" opens in the Brigham Young University Pardoe Theatre at 7:30 p.m. This is a Theatre for Families production based on Kenneth Grahame's novel. Half-price performances will be Wednesday and Thursday, May 28 and 29. There is a 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday, June 7.
PROVO — Pan Jam, a steel band group featuring the Brough family, will perform at BYU in the Madsen Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are free at the Fine Arts Ticket office.

HEBER VALLEY — Thomas the Tank Engine will chug into the Heber Valley Railroad from May 29-31 and June 5-7 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. bringing with him Sir Topham Hatt, Thomas & Friends storytelling and video viewing.
