A Salt Lake man was killed Saturday afternoon after an ATV accident in Tooele County.
The 62-year-old man, whose name had not been released Sunday night, was killed when his all-terrain vehicle rolled, according to Tooele County Sheriff's dispatch. He fell down a 15-foot drop, and the vehicle landed on top of him, dispatchers said.
Police began searching for the man in Death Canyon, in the Simpson Springs area, after receiving the call about 2 p.m. from a member of the man's party. It took searchers approximately seven hours to locate and recover the man's body in the rough terrain.
