A man accused of assaulting a woman last week in the parking lot of a Midvale bowling alley has been charged in 3rd District Court.
According to court documents filed Friday, the 36-year-old man approached the woman outside of Junction Lanes and asked her to go to his truck. When she refused, he pulled her there, where she again refused to get into the truck, charges state.
He then pushed her into the truck's cab and began sexually assaulting her, despite her repeated demands for him to stop, according to charging documents. She escaped the truck after she opened the passenger side door.

The man was charged with forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony punishable by one to 15 years in prison.
