"Mr. Saratoga"

LEHI/SANDY - Robert McKinley Eastmond, 79, died May 23, 2003 in Draper, Utah.

He was born May 8, 1924 in Salt Lake City a son of Frank and Clarissa Taylor Eastmond. He married Cherry Springer, June 15, 1949 in Salt Lake City. She died Feb 9, 1990. He married Bonnie Cooper, Feb 7, 1992 in Draper, UT. Mick graduated from East High School in 1941. He served in the U.S. Navy dur-ing World War II. Gradu-ated from U of U, Stanford University, and International School of Business, Phoenix, AZ. He practiced physical therapy in Salt Lake and Utah Counties for many years and owned and managed SARATOGA Resort. He loved flying, skiing, dancing, golfing, and many other activities.

Mick in survived by his wife, Bonnie, Sandy; son, Dirk (Eileen), Sandy; daughters, Shelly Eastmond, Salt Lake, Shannon Eastmond, Idaho Falls, ID, Charris (Ken) Kirkham, Santaquin, UT; brother, Jefferson Eastmond (Alberta), Provo; grandchildren, Cori Jacobs, Le-hi, Tayne Eastmond, Santaquin, McKell, Sierra, McKinley Eastmond, all Sandy; great-grandchildren, Colby, Taylr Jacobs, Lehi. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Taylor, Richard (Dick); and sister, Jean Gordan.
