Norine and Tony moved briefly to Salt Lake in 1988 and then back to Bern in 1989. Tony died in June of 1989, and Norine remained in Bern until July of 1997, when she chose to sell her home and moved to Spokane, Washington to be near Harold and his family.

She loved Spokane and enjoyed many good times with family and new friends at church.

She was quite ill for many months and was lovingly cared for in her home by Harold and Barbara until she left to be with her sweetheart again.

Services will be held Sat., May 31, 2003 at the LDS Chapel in Bern, ID at 2 p.m. with viewing 12:30-1:45 prior to services. Burial, Bern Cemetery.
