Salt Lake-based Echopass said Wednesday that Vincent Deschamps has been appointed the company's new chief executive officer.
Deschamps has more than 30 years of experience in the communications, computer and software industries. Most recently, he served as vice president of sales and marketing for AccessLine Communications.
The company also said it plans to open an office in the Bay Area of California to support and help facilitate the needs of Echopass staff and management in the area. The operations and engineering functions will remain in Salt Lake City, the company said.
