Club Lespri Boutique Inn and Spa has acquired the Park City division of East West Resorts, a property management company offering vacations to Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons resorts.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Through its new guest services division, Club Lespri will offer property management, in addition to spa treatments with every stay, airport limousine service and complete concierge services.
