HUNTINGTON <! > - Anna Isobel Clark Carleton Swasey, age 91, passed away May 28, 2003 in Ferron, UT.

She was born Feb. 14, 1912 in Mabel, Georgia, to Francis Marion and Henerietta Louisa Westervelt Clark. Married Clarence Cecil Carleton, Dec. 23, 1934. He passed away July 9, 1938. She later married Royal Swasey Jr., Oct. 20, 1945 in Jacksonville, Florida, later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, March 4, 1967. He passed away Aug. 22, 1999.

She is survived by her children, Newton and Ella Carleton of Enoch, UT; Marian and Gary Bowie of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada; Annette and Chall Cook of Huntington; Frances Swasey of Huntington; Wayne and Earlene Swasey of Taylorsville; Beverly and David Fryer of East Carbon; 27 grandchildren, 42 great-grand-children, special niece Judy and Jim Martin of Huntington and one sister Alice Chauncey of Georgia and numerous other nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son Cecil

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 2, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. in the Ferron Stake Center located at 555 So. 400 W. in Ferron. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary (710 No. Center in Castle Dale) and one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Ferron Cemetery.
