The Salt Lake County Sheriff's Metro Gang Unit is looking for a man they believe pointed a gun at a TRAX security officer's head.
Jamal Barefield, 19, is this week's Public Enemy No. 1. A longtime gang member, Barefield is wanted on a $250,000 arrest warrant for investigation of aggravated robbery, a metro gang unit statement said.
On March 19, Barefield and another gang member confronted two TRAX officers. Barefield pulled a gun from his waistband and held it against the head of one of the officers, the statement said.
Barefield is described as black, 6 feet 4 inches and 240 pounds.
