Here in Utah, our predominant LDS state, there is a fight about the Main Street Plaza purchased by the LDS Church. Now that the city is going to sell the easement, in addition to $8 million already paid to the city for the street, the ACLU is still fighting.

While this very liberal organization is trying to let people do crazy things on private property, the church, which has tried so much and spent so much, is being hounded by the ACLU.
