Why is it everyone seems to be an expert except those who are trained to do the job? People in entertainment tell us how wars should be run. Armchair quarterbacks know how to coach the "team" to victory. Others are experts on how teachers should teach better and how law enforcement officers should do their job.
I am not saying that those trained to do a job never make a mistake, but shouldn't it be up to their peers to make judgments when they are needed? Many may say, "I have a right to make judgments because my tax dollars pay their salary." Well, my money pays for my car repairs, but that doesn't make me an expert in auto mechanics. Those who want to make harsh judgments should "walk a mile in their shoes."
