The festival will start at noon today and run through Sunday. This is the 13th year that the Weber Basin Job Corps has been involved in the festival, according to Paul Hanson, the lead carpentry instructor. The troupe combines dance, performance arts and circus acts into its show, according to Ted Killmer, coordinator for the International Street Theater. The group will perform twice daily at 6:45 and 10:10 p.m. The festival will also include a wide array of bands, choirs and performers on area stages.
