I refer to your editorial this morning "Bid Process Totally Awesome." I say amen to your editorial — for the most part. However, I do not think Dell Schanze's radio/TV comments are ever anything but "totally obnoxious." His statements tell us that everyone else's products are terrible and anyone who buys any product except his is a fool. I detest his ads so much that I will never deal with his company. In the past several years I have purchased two computers, my wife has purchased one, and my adult children have also purchased several — from other companies. I have used my influence to persuade others not to purchase from Mr. Schanze.
He has no heavenly right to force Provo city or anyone else to buy from him.
