Viper Networks Inc., a Utah corporation headquartered in San Diego, said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Coliance Communications Inc. of San Diego.
Viper received a 40-percent non-dilutive equity interest in Coliance for $1 million, payable in a combination of cash, common and preferred stock.
Coliance develops and provides software and hardware delivering voice-over Internet services.
Viper Networks is a technology development company with investments focused in the software, wireless, Internet protocol-based services and other emerging technologies.
