SALT LAKE CITY- <! > Cornelis J. Boer, age 86, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2003 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born August 16, 1916 in The Hague, Netherlands, the son of Klaas and Maria Gezina Van Tyle Boer. Married Catherine Lydia Lute, August 18, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Survivors include four children: Bill (Jan) of Preston, Idaho, John L. (Julie) of Blackfoot, Idaho, Reuben L. of Salt Lake City, Claudia Boer of Salt Lake City; 18 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; brother: Claude Boer of Holland. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, daughter Mary, and son Stephen.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 28, 2003 12 Noon in the Cannon LDS 9th Ward Church, 1250 West 1400 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:45 11:45 a.m. prior to the services at the LDS Church. Interment will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
