Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother Lillian Hennings Webster returned to her Father in Heaven, June 1, 2003. She was 94-years-old.

She was born January 22, 1909 in Tacoma Washington to Carl and Selma Klintenberg Hennings who both immigrated to America from Sweden.

She married Theron Mendenhall Webster in the Logan LDS Temple November 4, 1927. They lived in Idaho and California and moved to American Fork, Utah in May of 1942.

Lillian was an avid artist who delighted in teaching others the elements of art she had learned form other art instructors. She loved to learn new art techniques and enjoyed teaching young and old. She was a member of the Women's Council of Provo whose purpose was to cooperate in furthering charitable, literary and educational activities; and to inform and educate in the fields of art, literature, music, community affairs and the home arts.

She was a member of the LDS Church. She taught Primary for 20+ years. She was also in the Presidencies of both Primary and Relief Society. She also taught in MIA.

Her greatest love was her family. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and their families. She enjoyed camping, traveling, crocheting, playing the organ and of course oil painting.

Her beloved husband Theron M. Webster (in 1988) and a son Dale who died when the family lived in California (in 1941) preceded her in death. Her parents, her brother Gordon Hennings and four sisters, Ruth Peterson, Anna Nettleton, Vivian Nelson and Georgia Morrell also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her three children: LeRoy H. (Patricia) Webster of American Fork; Clair C. (Lucille) Webster, Spanish Fork; and Lorraine W. (Ted) Pierce, American Fork; 16 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grand-children.

Viewing will be held at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork Wednesday June 4, 2003 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 5, at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork Eighteenth Ward, 381 South 300 East. Friends and family are welcome to a viewing one hour prior to the services. Interment is in American Fork Cemetery.
