Call me crazy, but it seems a little "off" to me that when I think of Rocky Anderson, a leader of our city, the only thing I correlate with the title is a bunch of different bar scenes and our mayor "getting jiggy with it."
I see the purpose of Rocky touring the nightlife of Salt Lake City, exposing its mysteries and revealing its attractions. However, what about the places that aren't restricted to 21-year-olds and older? Salt Lake has many options and a lot of potential and I was disappointed that our own mayor didn't consider anything outside the "nightlife" scene.
I would like to thank mayoral candidate Frank Pignanelli for his tour of Salt Lake this last weekend. It was the kind that was refreshing and reassuring. It portrayed a person who is serious about unifying the city.
