Left, Brandon Coder, 28, of Salt Lake City, carries the torch as he's accompanied by law enforcement runners during the final leg of the Special Olympics Utah Summer Games torch run. The event was kicked off by a ceremony on the steps of the Capitol, and then the torch made its way through the downtown streets of Salt Lake City Wednesday morning.
