Employees of Utah Transit Authority are putting $65,000 they raised in charitable donations into a Habitat for Humanity home they are also helping to build.

Under the direction of UTA's Employees Community Help Organization, the employees raised $90,000 in 2002 during their charitable campaign. Of that, $25,000 went to other charities to which the employees contribute every year.

Ground was broken recently on the home site, located in Magna at about 7400 West and 2800 South.
