Faye Mills, age 90, passed away on July 14, 2003 in Beaver, UT.
She was born on January 23, 1913 to John Worth Kilgrow and Frances Rhoda Watson Kilgrow in Grassy Lake, Alberta, Canada. At the tender age of one, she and her family moved in a covered wagon to Salt Lake City, where she was raised. On March 12, 1931 she was married to Anglo Charles Mills from Magna, solemnized later in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1953. They had four children. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many different positions.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her children: Ethel (Eric) Nielsen of Beaver, UT; Larence (Carol) Mills of Mesa, Arizona; J. Wallace Mills of Beaver, UT; and Joan (Robert) Beal of Beaver, UT; as well as 15 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
There will be a viewing beginning at 12:45 p.m. preceding the funeral service, which will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2003 at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple. Interment will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
