1931 ~ 2003

Thomas Franklin Larson passed away August 5, 2003.

He was born August 9, 1931 at Crane Maternity Hospital in Provo, Utah to O. Blaine Larson and Marie Tervort.

He graduated from Provo High and attended BYU. He served in the Korea War from 1952 - 1953.

He married Gladys J. McArthur Dec. 11, 1953.

He was a professional photographer for Larson Studio. His life long career was a Dairy farmer. He served on the SWUA Board, was a life long member of the American Legion Past Commander, and a supporter of Boys State. He was involved in the Young Men's Association, and a strong supporter of the Boys Scouts receiving the James E. West Fellow award.

He is survived by his wife, three children Barrie (Lauree) Larson, Thomas Guy (SueAnn) Larson and Christy (Hoby) Metz, 10 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, one brother Orlo B. (Lois) Larson and one sister Louise Little.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 8, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. at the West Mountain Chapel, 3 miles West of Payson on Utah Ave. Friends may call Thursday August 7, 2003, from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. at the Walker Mortuary 587 South 100 West, Payson, or at the chapel on Friday, 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.. Interment will be in the Payson City Cemetery with Military Rites accorded by the American Legion, Dist. #4.
