Thank God Ritalin was not around when Winston Churchill was a child. Today, they would lull that boy's mind off to La-la land, then make him some kind of ward of the state and consider their job a success when he was sitting passively by. All this in name of creating a better society and of course "doing it for the children." Had it been done, the Brits could easily have been goose-stepping.
