Obituary: KarLee E. Green

1930 ~ 2003

KarLee Edwina Galligher Green, age 73, passed away peacefully at home surround by her loving family, Friday, September 12, 2003.

She was born June 26, 1930 in Auburn, WY a daughter of Frank and Edwin Galligher; stepdaughter of Joe Pack. She was reared in Star Valley, WY. KarLee married Clifford H. Green May 17, 1947. They were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Logan LDS Temple Jan 6, 1964. They had a loving relationship filled with joy for the last 56 years.

KarLee was known for her great cooking and wonderful pie making. You were really special to have eaten some of the many meals from her kitchen. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in several callings including; Primary, mutual, Relief Society, scout leader, mutual camp director, and compassionate service leader. KarLee organized many road shows, carnivals, and barn dances. KarLee was involved in the Roy Ladies of Elks for many years, and served as president. She organized Christmas bazaars, fashion shows, and many delicious luncheons. She made many friends, and touched many lives.

Surviving are her loving husband, Cliff, Willard; sons and daughters, Cliff and Jill Green, Brigham City, Richard and Cheryl Green, Willard, KarLee Anderson, Ogden, Greg and Carolyn Green, Harrisville, Kathy and Calvin Spainhower, Willard; grandchildren, Natalie and Matt Fullerton, Clinton, IA, Tammy and Doug Hadley, Brigham City, Heather and Terry Wells, Willard, Heath and Kristi Green, Brigham City, Ryan Green, Willard, Chad and Suzanne Little, OR, RB Archibald, Ogden, Kyle Archibald, Salem, OR, Tim and Dana Anderson, Ogden, Dony and LeeAnna Anderson, Corinne, Chris and Kaylene Nelson, Logan, Staci Johnson, Blackfoot, ID, Dominick and Marianne Spainhower, W. Jordan; 23 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters, Frank (Reynold) and Betty Galligher, Mesa, AZ, Gwen and Gene Welch, Roy, Renee and Robert (Bob) Adam, Alliance, NE. Kar-Lee was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Dave R. Ander-son; and granddaughter, Wendy Ann Green.

She left a legacy of love and will be dearly missed by everyone she touched.
